Our Story

A Jamnagar brass maker built on tight tolerances.

Litebow Industries was founded in Jamnagar, Gujarat — widely known as the Brass City of India — to manufacture precision brass components that meet international expectations for accuracy, finish and consistency.

From a single-focus turned-parts unit, we have grown into a full-cycle manufacturer: CNC turning, thread rolling, plating and assembly under one roof, with 100% leak and pressure testing on applicable parts. Every stage — from raw brass rod to packed export carton — is controlled in-house, so buyers get one accountable partner for the whole component.

Our customers are OEMs and wholesalers in gas appliances, automotive, electrical and lighting industries across 12+ countries. Much of our production is made to customer drawings, which is why engineering discipline — not just machine capacity — defines how we work.

Infrastructure

Everything in-house, from rod to carton.

One facility, one chain of custody — no subcontracted critical processes.

Thread rolling In-house thread rolling for precise external threads on fittings, studs and fasteners.
Plating & finishing In-house plating units — nickel plating, tinning and natural-brass finishing for corrosion resistance.

Quality

Measured, not promised.

Production follows ISO 9001:2015-aligned processes — not a certificate on the wall, but a daily routine of checking.

1

Incoming Material Control

Brass rod lots are checked for composition and finish before they reach the machines. Off-spec stock never enters production.

2

In-Process Inspection

Digital calipers, gauges and go/no-go checking during turning, threading and plating — dimensions held to ±0.02–0.05 mm on turned parts.

3

100% Leak & Pressure Testing

Applicable parts — gas components, cable glands, vents — are 100% leak and pressure tested before packing. Inspection reports and material test certificates are available on request.

Being based here means Litebow works with deep local expertise, reliable material supply and mature export logistics to the ports of Gujarat.

For buyers, that translates into competitive pricing, fast tooling iterations and a supply chain that already understands export documentation, packing and timelines.
