Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms govern your use of the Litebow Industries website and any quotation, order, or supply arrangement entered into with Litebow Industries ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations issued by Litebow Industries are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to written confirmation. Orders are only binding once confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Litebow Industries.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency specified and are exclusive of freight, insurance, and applicable duties unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to production or dispatch.

4. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume and Incoterms agreed. Risk in goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP).

5. Product Specifications & Custom Tooling

Products manufactured to customer drawings remain subject to the tolerances and specifications confirmed in writing. Custom tooling developed for a specific customer order remains the property of Litebow Industries unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty & Claims

We warrant that products conform to the agreed specification at the time of dispatch. Any claim relating to material or dimensional non-conformance must be raised in writing within a reasonable period of receipt, accompanied by supporting evidence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Litebow Industries' liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
