Precision You Can Verify

Quality at Litebow: Measured, Documented, Honest.

From raw brass rod to packed export carton, every stage of our manufacturing is inspected against documented standards — and we publish only the claims we can back with paperwork.

Quality Control

Four gates. No shortcuts.

Every part passes through the same four inspection gates — standard parts and custom drawings alike.

01

Incoming Material Control

Brass rod lots to IS 319 / BS 249 are checked for composition and surface finish before they reach the machines. Off-spec stock never enters production.

02

In-Process Inspection

Digital calipers, micrometers, go/no-go gauges and thread plug/ring gauges during turning, threading and plating — turned tolerances held to ±0.02–0.05 mm.

03

Final Inspection & Functional Testing

100% leak and pressure testing on applicable parts — gas components, cable glands, vents — plus dimensional sign-off before packing.

04

Packing & Dispatch QC

Export-grade packing checked against your order: quantities, markings, cartons, shrink wrap and palletization for sea and air dispatch.

Standards & Compliance

Where we stand on every standard.

Plain answers, no acronym decoration — what each standard means and exactly what we claim.

Our Promise

What we don’t claim.

No badge we can’t show you.

You will not find a wall of certification logos on this page. Our processes adhere to strict ISO 9001:2015 quality standards — but we publish a certification badge only when we hold the certificate. The same applies to CE, ATEX, UL and similar marks: if your market needs them, ask us and we will share exactly what documentation exists for your order.

We believe a buyer who can verify everything trusts more than one who is impressed by everything.

Documentation

Paperwork available with your order.

Ask for any of these when you enquire — they ship with, or ahead of, your parts.

1

Material test certificates

Mill certificates for the brass grade in your order.

2

Inspection reports

Dimensional reports against your drawing, first-article on request.

3

Certificate of conformity

CoC confirming your parts match the agreed specification.

4

Test-condition datasheets

IP, pressure and leak test conditions — the numbers behind the claims.

5

HS codes & export docs

Correct HS classification with commercial invoice and packing list.

Export Readiness

Registered, documented, shippable.

The registrations and paperwork that make international orders move without friction.

•IEC & AD Code

Import Export Code and AD Code registration with Indian Customs for smooth clearance.

•GST Invoicing

GST-compliant invoicing with correct HS codes on every commercial invoice.

•Export Packing

Packing built to destination requirements — cartons, shrink wrap, palletization for long sea transits.

•Country Declarations

CE or country-specific declarations issued on request with your order documentation.
